The 90L insulated food pan carrier is a non-electric holding and transport unit engineered for professional kitchens that must move hot or chilled food between a production site and a remote service point without any drop in food safety temperature. Instead of relying on heating elements, the unit combines a seamless rotomolded LLDPE shell with a 30 mm high-density polyurethane foam wall, so the food inside stays above 60 C for four to six hours and below 5 C for the same period once the cavity has been pre-chilled. Because no cable, gas bottle or power socket is needed, the carrier can be loaded in a central kitchen and unloaded in a banquet hall, a hospital ward or an aircraft catering truck with zero energy cost per trip.

This model is built around the standard Gastronorm system. Six GN 1/1 pans of 65 mm depth, or three deep pans of 150 mm, slot directly into the moulded internal chutes, which means the same carrier serves a hot line, a cold line and a dessert station on the same shift. The front-loading door opens flat on dual stainless hinges and is fully detachable, so the cavity can be hosed out in under two minutes at the end of service. A screw-type vent cap releases steam, equalises internal pressure and stops the door from being sucked shut after a hot load has cooled down.

• Non-Electric Temperature Retention: The 30 mm PU foam core and the airtight door gasket hold hot food above 60 C for 4 to 6 hours and keep chilled food under 5 C, with no power supply, no heating element and no running cost.
• One-Piece Seamless Shell: Rotationally moulded food-grade LLDPE produces a single piece of plastic with no welded seams, no rivets and no dead corners, so the body will not dent, crack, stain or absorb grease over years of daily use.
• Full GN Pan Compatibility: Moulded internal chutes accept international 1/1, 1/2 and 1/3 Gastronorm pans; the 90L cavity takes six shallow 65 mm pans or three deep 150 mm pans on a single load.
• Front-Loading Detachable Door: The double-hinged front door opens a full 180 degrees and lifts off its hinges for cleaning; two spring latches keep it locked during transport on uneven floors.
• Vent Cap Pressure Balance: A quarter-turn vent cap lets steam escape and equalises pressure after cooling, preventing a vacuum lock, condensation drip and gasket deformation.
• Four-Wheel Mobility: Four 100 mm swivel casters, two of them braked, plus moulded side handles let a single operator push a fully loaded 90L carrier through a service corridor, a lift or a ramp.

The carrier is specified by contract catering companies, hotel banqueting departments, hospital and school central kitchens, airline catering units, event and stadium concession operators, and food delivery fleets that handle multi-drop routes. Typical duties include holding hot mains during a plated-service window, transporting cold salads and desserts to an off-site venue, delivering meal boxes to wards and construction canteens, and keeping backup pans at serving temperature on a buffet line. Because the shell is impervious to water and detergent, the same unit can move from a raw preparation area to a clean service area after a single wash cycle.

Each carrier is packed one piece per PE bag with corner protection, then into a five-layer export carton measuring 645 x 465 x 645 mm at 14.5 kg gross. A 20GP container loads approximately 120 pieces and a 40HQ approximately 300 pieces, and mixed container loading with our heated carriers, soup carriers and beverage dispensers is available on request. Every batch is produced and inspected by SHANGHAI TOPGREEN INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD, with a 100 percent cooling-curve test on a sample pan, a drop test on the packed carton, a gasket seal check and a caster roll test before shipment. The unit carries a twelve-month warranty on the shell, the door hardware and the casters, and spare gaskets, vent caps and wheels are held in stock for after-sales support. OEM branding, custom colours, printed logos and private-label cartons are produced against a signed artwork approval, and a pre-production sample can be supplied before the bulk run is released.
