This front-loading insulated food carrier is the workhorse format for high-volume catering: a 90L rotomolded cabinet whose entire front face opens as a door, so pans are loaded and unloaded straight from a trolley instead of being lifted over a top lid. That single design decision changes the ergonomics of a service line, because a kitchen porter can slide a full GN 1/1 pan in at waist height, close the latches with one hand and wheel the carrier away, cutting both loading time and the risk of spillage or back strain.

The body is rotationally moulded in food-grade LLDPE as one seamless piece, then filled with 30 mm of high-density polyurethane foam. There is no metal frame to rust, no weld to crack and no liner to delaminate, which is why the format is preferred in wash-down environments such as hospital kitchens, ship galleys and food factories. Thermal performance is passive and repeatable: pre-heat the cavity with hot water for ten minutes and the carrier will hold a full load above 60 C for four to six hours, or hold chilled product below 5 C when pre-chilled. A vent cap manages steam and pressure, the door is detachable for cleaning, and four swivel casters with two brakes keep the unit stable when it is parked on a slope.
