The catering food pan carrier is configured for contract caterers and event operators who need one container to cover a buffet line, a plated service and a satellite kitchen on the same day. With a 90L cavity that accepts six GN 1/1 shallow pans or three deep pans, it holds mains, sides, sauces and desserts in a single insulated cabinet, reducing the number of containers per event and therefore the number of trips between the kitchen and the venue. The format is deliberately simple for high-staff-turnover operations: front door, two spring latches, vent cap, four casters, nothing to program and nothing to service.

Thermal holding is passive and consistent. A 30 mm high-density PU foam wall combined with a seamless rotomolded LLDPE body keeps hot food above the 60 C safety threshold for four to six hours, and keeps cold product below 5 C once the cavity has been pre-chilled. Because the carrier is unaffected by moisture, detergent or sanitizer, it moves from a hot kitchen into a cold room and back without any change in performance or appearance. The external shell resists scuffing from trolleys and stacking, and the moulded-in handles plus two braked casters let a single steward position a loaded unit precisely on a serving line.

• Event-Ready Mobility: Four 100 mm swivel casters with two brakes, moulded handles and a stable 635 x 460 mm footprint make the unit easy to park on a temporary buffet line.

The carrier is covered by a twelve-month warranty on shell, door hardware and casters, with gaskets, vent caps and wheels kept as service spares.
