The insulated food delivery box is built for the last mile: the part of the food chain where temperature is lost, boxes are stacked, thrown into vans and unloaded at a door in ten seconds. This 90 litre unit answers that environment with a seamless double-wall rotomolded LLDPE body, 30 mm of polyurethane foam, two wide nylon snap latches and a silicone gasket, giving a hot hold of up to six hours and a cold hold below 5 C when the cavity is pre-chilled. There is no power requirement at any point, so the box works identically in a van, on a scooter trailer, in a stairwell or on a dock.

Loading is from the front. The door folds flat through 270 degrees against the side of the cabinet, so a driver working alone can slide pans in and out with one hand, and the pop-up vent equalises pressure so the door does not fight the gasket after a hot load cools. The 90L cavity holds five shallow full-size GN pans or ten half-size pans, enough for a multi-drop restaurant route or a single large institutional order, and the moulded front and rear handles let two people carry the box or one person roll it on its four casters.

• Last-Mile Ruggedness: The rotomolded double-wall shell absorbs kerb drops, tailgate impacts and stacking pressure without cracking, denting or splitting, and it will not corrode in rain or in a wet wash bay.
• Six Hour Hot or Cold Hold: Thirty millimetres of PU foam and a compressed silicone gasket keep hot food above 60 C or chilled food below 5 C for up to six hours, which covers a full delivery shift without a hot case.
• One-Handed Front Loading: The door folds flat 270 degrees against the cabinet, so a driver can load or unload pans without a second pair of hands and without lifting over a top lid.
• Pressure-Balanced Vent: A pop-up vent cap releases steam and equalises internal pressure, preventing vacuum lock on the door and stopping condensation from softening fried and baked items.
• Food-Safe Washable Interior: The seamless non-porous interior has no rivets, corners or seams to trap residue, so the box can be sanitised between deliveries and used for both hot and cold product.
• Carry or Roll: Moulded handles at two heights on the front and rear faces allow a two-person carry, while four 100 mm casters turn the same box into a rollable unit on smooth floors.

Restaurant groups, dark kitchens, cloud kitchens, meal-prep companies, hospital and care-home kitchens, school meal providers, office canteen operators and event caterers use this box for daily delivery routes and multi-drop logistics. It is designed for the moment a courier collects a sealed order, drives twenty minutes, climbs stairs and hands the food over still above 60 C. The same box serves institutional bulk deliveries, chilled dessert and dairy transport, grocery meal-kit cold chain, and staging before a plating line opens.

Packing is one piece per PE bag with edge protection inside a five-layer carton of 645 x 465 x 645 mm, 17 kg gross, roughly 110 pieces per 20GP and 270 pieces per 40HQ, and mixed containers with heated carriers, soup carriers and cooler boxes can be arranged. The box is manufactured end to end by SHANGHAI TOPGREEN INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD, a rotomolding producer that controls mould design, foam density, hardware assembly and export packing in house. Quality control covers wall thickness measurement at four points, foam density sampling, a two thousand cycle latch test, a loaded roll test on a ramp, a logged cooling curve and a final packed carton drop test. A twelve month warranty applies to the shell, door hardware and casters, with gaskets, latches, vents and casters held as service spares.
