Not every job needs a rolling cabinet. The 30 litre plastic insulated food carrier is the format for one cook, one pan and one trip: a single GN 1/1 pan of 150 mm depth, or three shallow 65 mm pans, carried by hand from a kitchen to a service point fifty metres away. The body is a rotomolded PE double wall with 30 mm of polyurethane foam and a gasket-sealed top lid, so the 30 litre cavity holds hot food above 60 C for four to six hours and chilled food below 5 C when pre-chilled, with no power and no preparation beyond pre-heating or pre-chilling the cavity.

At 10.5 kg net and 630 x 450 x 310 mm it is the size one person carries comfortably with moulded handles on both sides, and the shallow height means pans are lifted in and out at chest level rather than over the head. The lid is detachable for washing, the gasket is replaceable, and the flat top surface allows units to be stacked two high in a cold room or in the back of a van. For operators testing insulated transport for the first time, or adding capacity at small satellite points, it is the lowest-cost way to hold temperature without committing to a full cabinet.

• Shallow Chest-Level Loading: The 310 mm height means pans go in and out at chest level instead of overhead, which removes the lifting strain of tall cabinets on short trips.
• Stackable Flat Top: The flat lid surface allows two-high stacking in a cold room, a van or a storage area, which matters when floor space is the constraint rather than volume.
• Plastic Body, No Corrosion: Rotomolded PE has no metal content, so sanitizer, steam and daily wash-down cannot rust, pit or stain the body, the latches or the gasket channel.

The 30L carrier is used in restaurant and cafe service, hospital and care-home meal rounds, small satellite kitchens, school and nursery catering, deli and bakery hot-holding, food sampling and demonstration, mobile and pop-up food operations, and chilled dessert or dairy transport. It is also the standard entry unit for caterers who want to test insulated transport performance before investing in a 90L or 120L cabinet fleet.

Each unit ships one piece per PE bag with corner protection inside a five-layer export carton, packed at 12 kg gross, with roughly 210 pieces per 20GP and 500 pieces per 40HQ. Mixed containers combining different capacities and other insulated models can be arranged to optimize freight. Production and final inspection are carried out by SHANGHAI TOPGREEN INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD in its own rotational moulding plant, where mould design, foam injection, hardware assembly and export packing are controlled in one facility. Each lot passes a wall thickness audit at four points, a foam density check, a latch cycle test, a loaded roll test, a hot and cold hold verification with a data logger and a packed carton drop test, and the report can be supplied with the shipment. A twelve month warranty applies to the shell, door or lid hardware and casters, with gaskets, latches, vent caps and wheels held as service spares. Custom colours, embossed or printed branding, private-label documentation and customer carton artwork are supported for OEM programmes, and pre-production samples can be dispatched for field trials before a bulk order is released.
